Furthermore, this agreement outlines specific terms of use applicable to all aspects of our website.

  • Methods of Ordering

      Ordering over the Internet enables customers to access real time pricing and information of our entire product range, it also allows you to view order history, create regularly ordered product templates and many other features to save time and effort.
      1. All online orders are treated as an express intention to purchase the nominated goods (Purchase Order) for the agreed online prices.
      2. You accept that other than Freight on Board (FOB) all other freight charges will not be included with your online purchase order. See Terms and Conditions of Delivery below.
      3. We reserve the right to alter the agreed price if an incorrect price was caused by a software fault, error or malicious attack.

  • Pricing
    1. Unless otherwise specified, all prices on our website are quoted in Australia Dollars (AUD).
    2. Listed prices are displayed including GST.
    3. All prices are subject to changes without prior notice.
  • Order Process
    1. Unless previously quoted, you accept that any extra freight charges will be added to your order.
    2. In most cases, your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours unless otherwise advised. During trade fairs periods, please expect a longer dispatch time.
    3. Please call us on +64 (0)39793 3244 if you have not received your order within 7 working days of placing your order or if you have any concerns at all.
  • Methods of Payment
    1. For ordering online we accept the following methods of payment: Secure credit card transactions with Dialect using Secure Socket Layer technology for VISA and Master Card.
    2. For offline payments we accept the following methods of payment:

      Telegraphic Transfer
      A payment is considered complete when the funds have been cleared.
    3. On account. We only accept payment on account if you are a regular customer of Motorsport Wheels & Tyres (Samad Tyres Pty Ltd ABN 76 108 549 006). All account customers must fill out a credit application form prior to picking this option.

  • Security
     Your payment is processed through eWay Payment Gateway. eWay secures all your customer and credit-card data with military-grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available. Motorsport Wheels & Tyres (Samad Tyres Pty Ltd ABN 76 108 549 006) will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using eWay secure servers.
  • Delivery
    1. Inside Australia: Orders sent within Australia will be sent by courier.
    2. Documentation: An itemised Tax Invoice containing a description of goods purchased and freight charged accompanies all orders.
    3. Final Delivery: All orders both domestic and international will only be delivered to a business or residential address and require a signature upon receipt. We do not accept post office box addresses.
    4. Insurance: All items sent with the Motorsport Wheels & Tyres (Samad Tyres Pty Ltd ABN 76 108 549 006) nominated couriers are insured for free for loss or damage whilst in transit.
      Please report any damaged parcels immediately and retain all original packaging in case an inspection is required.
    5. Own courier: If you choose to use your own courier, please note that you are liable for all charges imposed by your courier. We will not be responsible for loss or damage to the goods whilst in transit. We will simply liaise with your courier regarding pick-up of the order from our warehouse. Once the goods have been picked up by your courier, we will have no further responsibility for their loss or damage whilst in transit.
    6. Normal delivery of goods may take up to 5 working days. In the event of any delay, a Motorsport Wheels & Tyres (Samad Tyres Pty Ltd ABN 76 108 549 006) customer service officer will contact you to make alternative arrangements or cancel & refund your order. This excludes special orders.
  • Returns
    1. Damaged or faulty goods may be returned to us freight free.
    2. All claims / returns must be notified in writing (by email) within 5 working days of receipt of goods.
    3. Any return on items purchased online are subject to a 10% handling charge
    4. No cash refunds
    5. Special order goods are non-refundable
    6. The passing of property: Goods listed in this invoice remain the property of Motorsport Wheels & Tyres (Samad Tyres Pty Ltd ABN 76 108 549 006) until payment is made in full
    7. Pick-ups - No responsibility will be taken for goods left behind over 7 days
    8. Return of goods will not be accepted after 30 days
    9. Goods that have been fitted cannot be returned
